Warranty:  Dawn Enterprises Inc. guarantees its products for five (5) years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, in defects in material or workmanship.  The warranty also includes the finish on all painted parts, including spoilers, as long as the part his not been repainted.  This warranty shall not apply to any defect or failure caused by damage in transit, off-highway use, abuse, accident, neglect, parts that have been altered or repainted, vandalism, fire or smoke damage, act of war, severe weather storms, flooding, stones or gravel, scratches from keys or other foreign objects, or parts that have been installed incorrectly.  Warranty is not transferable.  Customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the invoice date and number, plus the part number, description and color, when requesting a return for warranty consideration.  When dealing with a warranty claim, Dawn Enterprises Inc. will at their option, replace non-saleable merchandise.  All Dawn Enterprises Inc. products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of such product to installation.  If the merchandise is installed by the customer with the prior knowledge that it is defective, the warranty is void.

Returns:  Must have the assigned "Return Authorization Number" from the corresponding office prior to returning the merchandise.  All returns are subject to our current warranty policy (listed above) and the "Important Disclaimer" sheet included with each shipment from Dawn Enterprises Inc.  All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number" label on each package and must be returned within 90 days of invoice.  Any merchandise returned for other than damage or defective reasons must also have a "RA #" and may be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge.

Claims:  For shortage or damaged shipments, claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of shipment.  Claims after this period will not be accepted.

Spoiler Light Certification:  All third brake lights supplied by Dawn Enterprises Inc meet Federal Government Standard FMVSS # 108.  The SAE DOT certification, found on each brake light, indicates compliance to this standard.  All of our unlighted spoilers are designed so that they will not block any existing light.  Follow all instructions carefully.  If an unlighted spoiler blocks an existing light, DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE INSTALLATION.  Please call for assistance.
